Quality control

The management and production system of ZAO ROSIZOL is certified by DEKRA according to ISO 9001:2008.

In order to control the quality of our products in 2010, we commissioned the UISG-440 test plant, which makes it possible to perform a full cycle of tests for electrical strength and measurement of the partial discharges intensity.

The company also has a set of test benches to test strength and tightness of both separate elements of polymer covers (tube, flange), and whole structure.

To determine leaks of SF6 gas the modern laser optical-acoustic leak detector Karat with sensory threshold of 0.061 µg/l is used.
